What Sapphire Bay Is
Sapphire Bay Holdings is a faith-based unincorporated nonprofit association organized under applicable state and federal guidelines. We are not a for-profit company. We do not manage assets for clients. We do not charge fees for our educational content.
We exist because we believe financial clarity — specifically, clarity about the monetary transition underway in our time — is a gift worth giving. The cost of producing that clarity is real: tools, content, community, and the infrastructure to share it.
Donations make that work possible.
What Your Gift Funds
Every dollar donated to Sapphire Bay supports one of three areas:
Educational Resources
The development and distribution of clear, accessible content about sound money, Bitcoin, and financial stewardship. Written guides, tools, frameworks — created to be given away freely to anyone who wants them. Understanding shouldn't require an expensive advisor. We're working to change that.
Community Support
Building and sustaining a community of like-minded builders — business owners, family patriarchs, and mission-driven individuals who are thinking long-term about wealth and stewardship. Connecting people with shared convictions and complementary strengths.
Great Commission Initiatives
Directly funding missionary work, church planting, and Kingdom-building efforts worldwide. This is the north star. Everything else exists in service of this.

Sapphire Bay Holdings is a faith-based unincorporated nonprofit association (EIN: 99-1011843) that accepts voluntary donations in support of its educational and charitable mission. We have not yet received a formal IRS determination letter confirming tax-exempt status; donors should consult a qualified tax adviser regarding the deductibility of any contribution. All donations support our mission of sound money education and Great Commission philanthropy — none inure to the private benefit of any individual.
